Throughout the install / update instructions for 17.3 there are several places where we are told to stop / start the Appian engines etc.
The update says to run start.bat
This simply no longer works in 17.3. If I try to run start.bat I'm given a usage list with several options.
Am I doing something wrong or are the docs incorrect ?

The instructions are technically correct, but they're a bit unclear about which parameters are required. This should get you started: <APPIAN_HOME>\services\bin\start.bat -p <service manager password> -s all <APPIAN_HOME>\services\bin\stop.bat -p <service manager password> -s all Reference this for the service manager password.
