XSLT transformation

I want to transform an XML and get the data into a CDT of Appian. I want to do it by using XSLT and XPATH. Any example would be appreciated how to do it.

Thanks. I already saw this. But i am specifically looking for an example in which CDT is generated using XSLT code and XPATH would be used within that XSLT

Hi, Is the requirement to generate/create a CDT from XML OR to fill in values in a CDT?

If you have access to the WSDL which generates the XML , you should be able to use the web service smart node to create CDTs from the WSDL
