Looking for advice as we are in the middle of planning for our next fiscal year – our organization still the portal interface and I’ve been told it will not be supported as of October 2018. First is that information correct? If so, our understanding is that Tempo is completely different technology and the migration is not simple – essentially completely redesigning each process is the only way forward. Thoughts on this? Finally, if both these assumptions are correct we’d be hard pressed to be able to migrate fully by October due to limited resource availability / expertise – is there any way the support could be extended for portal if needed?
