Start Process By Email

Hi All,

I am Using Receive Message Event on Start Node to trigger the Process using Email sent to the Process Model. If I am not configuring any mapping to save Message Content it is working fine and process is getting triggered but I want to save the attachment send via Email and if I am configuring the Mapping

'msg!properties'.'Attachments' and sending an attachment in email Process is not getting triggered.

I have checked  mail-listener.log but there is not entry corresponding to this (We are on cloud)

Please let me know what I am missing here
