Fitnesse - Not able to select checkbox

Hi All,

I'm using below method to select the checkbox. Fitnesse is not able to click on checkbox and even it is not showing any error on Fitnesse page or in Execution log.

| click on checkbox option | CHECKBOX_OPTION or CHECKBOX_OPTION[INDEX] |

Here is the script & execution log

I used all other possible methods and possible ways but still fitness is not able to click on check box. 

| populate field | FIELD_LABEL or [INDEX] or FIELD_LABEL[INDEX] | with | VALUE(S) |

Please check application screen shot.

I'm not able to select only Boundary ID & other check boxes.

Dose anyone got a solution for Multiple Grid problem.
