Trying to understand how this function works, getdatasubsetdownloadlinkfromrule, I can't find any documentation on Community about it.  I'm getting the following error:

 The system has encountered a problem

Can someone point me in the right direction?

    There are many reasons why this rule can fail. Two of the most common ones are:
    1. inputs being passed into the rule via input rule input may not be correct compared to the CDT.
    2. The size of the value being passed to input rule input....if you have a parameter thats several lines long, it can fail. In such cases, try to generate that parameters value in the expression rule which this rule calls....
