Problem with hash tags in Dynamic Template

Hi All, 
 
 I am using MS Word Doc From Template smart service to generate word document from the template, for that I am using one Master Template consists all the hash tags and sending Dynamic template through Run time template field. Though all the hash tags in the run time template are matching with Master Template hash tags but still generated document is showing hash tags instead of actual mapping values. I have faced this issue before and I could fix them by clearing spell and grammar checks in the document. But this time I am not able to fix this issue though I cleared Spell and Grammar checks. 
 Can some one help on this to solve(I am using MS Word 2016).

Hi Anjanna, 
 
This can be due to two problems 
1. If the # does not match in the template as for example ##FirstName###. 
2. Secondly if you have updated the template keys and when uploaded to the process model where you have used the smart service, you have not refreshed the keys in the smart service.
