SFTP smart service failing

SFTP smart service has one of the parameter is External System key(text type) there i created a key in Admin console with credentials of server which i need to access and i configured the key in the SFTP smart service please help me in resolving the error in screen shot.

Does the application server log provide any more information? From the Alert alone, it seems like there isn't a "password" attribute set for the external system you are using. The other thing to consider is are you attempting to user per user credentials? If you are, and have only set SCS for an admin user (i.e. the user not actually running the service/process context) you'll also get error messages like this.
