Process left painel collapsed not appearing

Hi,

I am having an incident inside the designer interface, on the process tab.

We have on the left painel of the Process tab, the Process (collapsible) dropdown, doesn't appear with the type of process to choose as seen on the next image:

on other environments it is appearing correctly as you can see:

Do you have any idea on how to solve this issue?
