Hi , 
 
 When I am executing the process model I am getting the following error 
 This process diagram could not be opened due to the following errors.

Does not exist: Process

and could see that process instance in runtime data aswell..I am in 17.3 version 
 Though it fails , I guess whole process has been completed because , the data is been updated to DB. 
 I could see the latest data in DB.

Hi Soujanya B you can try creating a duplicate process of this and debug that. 
 
Also, what happens when you try do some changes in this process and publish it, is this process getting published or you are getting the same error. 
 
Try clicking on add existing objects and type this process, are you able to find your process there to add? 
 
However creating a duplicate process of this if it exists, could be the best approach here
