we are working on Cloud and we wanted to connect to Microsoft exchange.
1. To Send Emails
2.To Receive Emails
Could you please let me know what are all the things needs to be done while getting this done.
is it like
1. To Send Emails- Appian cloud will send emails based on its SMTP connections or do we need to configure anything.
2.To Receive Emails- We need to configure the Receive email set up or do we need to use the the EMS mail server Plugins available in App Market.
Please suggest.

Hi, this is addressed in Appian Cloud FAQs:
Q: Is it possible to configure our Appian Cloud instance to use our mail server to deliver emails?
A: It is possible to do this. You will need a working VPN connection to this email server first. If you do not have a VPN tunnel set up yet for your Appian Cloud instance, please fill out the worksheet provided in Cloud VPN Integration and submit a Support ticket to Appian Support.
Once the VPN tunnel is set up, create a Support ticket to configure your sites to use your own mail server.
