I know we can view all the pages that created by the loggedin user. However, if I would like to look for a page that created by someone, how can I navigate to the folder that storing the page? I know I could use the search function, but I would like to know where it is located. Just like the reports....

Pages are available only under the Home Tab in the designer view. A good way to share/view pages among users is by using the Page Category. If a page isn't categorized correctly, the other way to find the page is by using the search you mention.

Here is a bit of information on Page Categories - forum.appian.com/.../Page_Categories. And on Page Sharing - forum.appian.com/.../Modifying_a_Page. Do note that just categorizing a page doesn't necessarily make it available for all users who can see the category. The page has to be shared/security to be set as well.
