I have a Write to Datastore node in my process model. when i start the process

1. What version of Appian is this?
2. Do you have activity chaining in the incoming flow?
3. When the flow is hanging at that node, what is the color of the border of the node in monitor mode? (green = active, non=not active, red=error)
4. Do you have any custom smart service before the node that is hanging?
5. Does the issue persist after restarting your application server?
6. When the issue happens if you right away look at the application-server.log, what's the error you see around the time when the node was activated? (verify the start time from Process Details - Process Nodes)
