Start Form on a Site that calls function getdeactivatedusersby(), but I need basic viewers to see this.

I saw that getdeactivatedusersby() can only be run as a sys admin. So the page has a pink error on it when a basic user goes and views it. Is there a way to work around this? Is there a way to make the start form page instantly start the process and open the next node or can the function be moved somewhere else where I can bypass the user permissions. I saw the script task node has the capability to run the function as someone who created the process model. 

I'm basically looking for a way for the start form to call the function and be able to be viewed by a basic user.
