Getting on-behalf on in from recipient list of email notification.

I have given as From:designer in the send-email activity

I would suggest using a custom email sender: docs.appian.com/.../Configuring_Custom_Email_Senders.html

Custom Email setup has already done.
It is working for all other process.
could see this issue only in this process.
