task redirecting to non tempo

Hi Vijayan -
Three things to try:

1. check the format of the link you're using.  According to the 16.3 docs on system object intuitive URLs, the sytnax is suite/task/#### (where #### is the task id).  Perhaps the link you've created is unnecessarily complex.
2. try using a!processTaskLink() instead of constructing the URL.
3. consider encouraging the platform owner to upgrade to 18.1!  Version 16.3 is still supported, but there are many great features in 18.1 that you'll want to take advantage of.

1) Once initiated the action, I go to task, click the task link and just kit the url redirecting me (attaching the screenshot)

2) I am using getactivetaskidsforprocess(processID: pp!id) to get current open task id in PM

3) Upgrade to 18.1 in discussion, but may take anything between 2 to 3 months.

Requirement is user get email with task link and by clicking the link it takes user to the task. It was working until last week and all of sudden it is redirecting user to the above mentioned link and same behavior in Dev as well
