Incorrect task ID when using tp!id

Hi,
I'm trying to insert link to task in escalation alert. I'm using Appian 7.0. I'm using tp!id for taskID.
When the user click on the task link from received escalation, popup with the following message show up:
There was a problem retrieving the task. This task has already been completed.
But the task is not completed, the user can open the task from MyTasks.
So I notice that the taskID in the link is wrong.
Why tp!id is giving me wrong taskID when I'm using it in escalation alert. ...

Hi bojant, Just did a quick test on your issue. What I observed is the task id which I see in the report (In my case, its 8324) is different from the task id which I got in the alert(8327). Problem could be due to this, Check whether if you can resolve this, or go for a workaround(there are many in the forum).

I know that they are diffrent, my question is why are diffrent?
And how to get the right taskID in the escalation alert?
