I have a requirement in which i have to export a report into Pdf format. If i give the report document as input using "Convert Doc To P D F Activity" smart service, xml is getting populated in the generated pdf. So as the report info is available for me in the process variables, i thought of generating a pdf using "PDF Doc From Template Smart Service"

But i dont know how to prepare a template for this, any documentation available for this ?

I already referred forum.appian.com/.../PDF_Doc_From_Template_Smart_Service but, this doesnt helped me much about the template preparation and how to map our process variables to template.

I need to a grid / table info to be populated with text arrays in pdf. Anybody please help......

You can create a pdf template according to your requierment . once you upload the template in the setup tab you will get the fields to be filled with your pv values and for creating pdf templates you can use "pdfescape" or any other website.
