Hi,
I need to setup Appian for Blackberry mobile app on an Ipad but when I enter my password for Blackberry Work I get "Unknown Application" error. I already tried using the email and access key but it did not recognize my credencials. I have follow the same steps in order to setup other Blackberry apps like "Access", "Documents to go"..etc and Appian is the only one throwing those errors.
please advise.
