Restrict Database Access but still Allow Appian System Admin Access Cloud Instance

What's the best way to restrict users from accessing / modifying the database (via /database) while still allowing the users the ability to create and edit Appian objects / Process Model Instances? We are on a cloud instance and can't leverage MySQL's GRANT and REVOKE features.

Hi Larry Nguyen,

There is a system group called "Database Administrators" to control access to phpMyAdmin in Appian Cloud sites. This group provides better control for customers to restrict access to the database administrative interface, since only members of this group can access phpMyAdmin in Appian Cloud.
