An error occurred while retrieving the data for "Record Name".(APNX-1-4205-003)

Hello All,
We are facing a issue in the Prod environment which started occurring some days back, When user opening a record they are getting the error:
"An error occurred while retrieving the data for "Record Name". (APNX-1-4205-003)".

But this error is not in the lower environment and also we checked with the size of data. In pre prod we are having more data than prod and this    record is working fine in the preprod but not working  in the prod.
