FitNesse For Appian: Create your own Classes to test.

Question

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has been able to create your own java class to test using FitNesse For Appian. 
 What I mean is a java code that lets you translate custom table symbols that you can later use in any FitNesse script. 
 Also any pointers to documentation on topic are welcome.

I work on the FitNesseForAppian tool and can help here. Passing data from FitNesse to newly created classes is quite easy and well supported in FitNesse. This is a good place to start ( fitnesse.org/FitNesse.UserGuide.TwoMinuteExample) . If you use the FitNesseForAppian tool, we provide a CheatSheet within the tool that you can refer to to see what methods are supported for use. Additionally we also provide two comprehensive Examples that you can check out on your own to understand how FitNesse works in general and how we have provided support for Appian on top of it
