Dynamic Facet Options for Entity Backed Record

Question

Is it possible to have a dynamic Facet option for an entity backed record? For example if I have two filters and I want the 2nd filter to be dependent on the value from the 1st filter.

As per my knowledge currently there is no way to capture what you selected in a User filter and then again use it to populate another User Filter. In other words 2 User filters cannot be made dependent on each other.
