You can use the Chart Creator smart service plugin to create an image based on a report. The resulting image can then be converted to a pdf document using the smart service contained in the Image Utilities plugin. Lastly, you can merge the resulting pdf with your other document with the Merge PDF smart service plugin.

If this is a one-time need, you could view the report in Chrome and use its built-in "print as PDF" functionality.
