Document download issue {"error":"APNX-1-0000-000","message":"User Does Not Have Rights to Perform this Operation","title":"An Error Has Occurred"}

Hi Team, we are getting below issue when trying to download document. {"error":"APNX-1-0000-000","message":"User Does Not Have Rights to Perform this Operation","title":"An Error Has Occurred"} 
 active document is available in appian document management & user is having full access right still getting this issue Couldn't able to find any log details from server. Please share thoughts, if anyone having similar issue. Add on to this, We have written our custom plugin to downlaod zip files form SFTP to appian document library and then we are using advance unzip (App market plugin) to publish documents to appian document management. Application users (Basic users) can't access where as system admin can able to access those files, which we read from SFTP. Everything is working in 18.1 recently we have upgraded to 18.2 and it's not working afterwards.

Please check the security for the knowledge center and the documents folder. The users trying to download the file might not have enough access rights for downloading.

This is something with the security issue for the document in the folder level. Please check the security settings and verify whether the user has access to the level.
