How to preserve user filters in record?record

Question

I have a record view having 3 user filters, from where user can filter the records as needed. After filtering they can go to desired summary view. Now, what I need is to store the user selected filters so that if they get back from summary view to record view, they can see their selected filter chosen by default. Is there any way to achieve this?

 Sudipta Biswas I think that it cannot be done, but workaround can be found for such case like opening the view in new tab using safelink rather than on the same page.

This is not possible as of now. When the user is navigated away from the record view to Summary view the Summary view form will be loaded. You can educate the business as this is Appian Functionality.

I havn't found any solution on the Record part. But there is a interface recipe in Appian that you can use.

What you can do is to save it in the DB for now. There isn't a way to do it without storing in a database.
