I am passing one date in PV in CST(7/31/2018 10:00 AM) and using PV in email node but while receiving in email it is coming 1 hr less i.e. 7/31/2018 9:00 AM CST

Though it is happening only for one user. Our cloud is by default in CST Zone. What could be the reason.

That User is also in CST zone.

Note-This process is working fine for all other users. There is no DB involved in the process flow.

Hi Piyush,

Whether the email node is in a sub-process? If yes, then in the general properties of the main process model and the sub-process model of the email node needs to be checked with the Over-ride Initiator's Timezone option and the CST Timezone needs to be given in the main model.
