Hi.. Would like to know if there is a way to hide the application from top left dropdown of the apps environment and at the mean time publish it to enable mobile user to be able to see the app in Actions?...

You can view Actions only for published applications.

Are you saying that the number of apps appearing in the Actions section in Tempo/Mobile will always be the same as the number of apps appearing at the application environment home page top left dropdown menu????

Not necessarily, applications that do not have any actions defined for them will not show in the Actions list.

However, as long as an application is published, it will appears at the application environment home page top left dropdown menu... am i right?

Hi Will, if you publish an application, then it will appear in the apps portal dropdown menu you are referring to.
