How to change extension of an existing document in Appian?

Hello Sudiptab.

How are you creating that document?
Are you using an html template to create that document which has the html extension?

Is this is the case, simply change the extension on the template itself, when using the template it can have any extension and the generated file will have the same extension.

If you have another scenario let me know so I can suggest another solution.
