Is there any way to export the Document LIST and deliver via email based on doc id in Database

You can use the document() function's 'name' property to extract the name (or other properties) of a document given a docId. Looping over a list of docIds will give you the names of all the documents. Similarly you can use the todocument() function to instantiate the document in a process variable and send it in an email if you'd like.

Are your use case's requirements more complex?

When you say exporting the Document List, do you mean downloading all documents in Appian KC and send them via an email as attachments?

May I know, what do you mean by 'export the Document LIST'?

Do you want to fetch the document name based on document id or you want to get the documents based on document id's to send as an attachment into this email?

"We can extract Table data by many ways but issue is to extract associate actual document residing in Appian." If you have any DB table that stores the document Metadata along with doc id then programmatically you can achieve this.

Hey, We discarded this request as couldn't see any immediate solution though provided some key and created Record dashboard to down load the doc for the request.
