How to convert epoch datetime (unix date time) to appian date and time format?
Eg. 1533622850 - This is in epoch date time, which is a LONG. Now if we convert it to appian date time format "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss", we are getting date out of range error while using datevalue() function. Please suggest suitable way out.
If I have to create a plug-in in java for this, what would be the procedure? Can anyone state the steps to create java plug-in and use it in appian?

Hi Sudiptab,UnixDateConverter.zip
I have created a plugin for this requirement
or use this code
todatetime( datetext( datetime( 1970, 01, 01, 0, 0, 0 ) + 1534147522 / 86400, "MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm a" ))
Hi, I just tried this and it sends me a weird value, I only change the value of the epoch and the value that came back was this: "19-12-5828963T18:00:00"
This is what I have in my expression: datetext( datetime( 1970, 01, 01, 0, 0, 0 ) + 1555011438277 / 86400, "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss")
