Cannot access site from Mobile - 403 forbidden error

Question

I am trying to access my application site from my Mobile app. I accepted the terms and it allowed me to enter my credentials. Once I click on login, I am getting 403 forbidden error. Does anyone know the solution?

To access your site on a mobile device, add an account to the Appian for Mobile Devices application with the full site URL as the server address. Once you have added your account successfully, you will see the site.

Are you sure you have access to your Site application. Please check the URL that you are entering.
