We're on Appian Cloud and we currently have a large number of our production technical support users who have access to the Database Administrators custom group - which also gives them the capability to run update / delete commands against the MySQL database.
Ideally we'd like to allow our technical users to still access the MySQL database but only have read only access. Is there a way of achieving this ? ( I think the answer is no but would like to hear from others).

Hi Paulc, This is a valid one. In general the Prod support team should have access to DB so that they can debug. Also providing DML roles and DDL roles will not be good. You can check with Appian Support team "support@appian.com"
