Searching Smart Service in All Process Models Without Exporting

We have to create shell script which is used to search/read all logs including hc-plugins.csv and hc-process-nodes.csv based on this we should add process model list in output data and we should run this script from server side

We are using cloud environment so we do not have access to the server

if that is the case ask to Appian support team for hc-plugins.csv and hc-process-nodes.csv files based on that you can create .sh file in your machine by creating local directory structure

AFAIK we can access cloud logs as mntioned below

Users are able to access logs by doing one of the following:

Open https://<APPIAN_CLOUD_URL>/suite/design, and under the Navigation button, select the System Logs link from the drop down.
Open https://<APPIAN_CLOUD_URL>/suite/logs.
