How to Find Viewer Group of All Record Dashboard Views

I don't believe Appian provides any report of these. You may just need to export your application and grep.

AFAIK, It is not available with Appian right now. You can try find out any Appian Java API calls which scans through the records and get the information what you need. I would suggest you to check with Appian.

Could you please share the use of creating a dashboard with list of viewers group of all record.

We could not identify the viewer groups for all records as record security(groups) will be consider as precedence of the record.
We do not have direct functionality to load the precedence of the components in Expression rule.
Its impossible to retrieve the record precedence details and displaying in Dashboard.
