Does anyone have knowledge on User Records OOB functionality in Appian

Can you please throw a little more light on the user role mapping. Basically we have three apps and the user from one app is not able the see the users who belong to groups in the second n third app in the User Records.

There a some factors to consider -

First, it's probable that default user profile visibility is disabled.  Upon review of that topic you'll better understand the implications of this setting.

If this is unchecked, and no other user rolemap settings are changed, basic users can't see each other.

Now, with this unchecked, in order for users to see each other, you'll need to adjust viewer settings per user's rolemap.  this can be accomplished using the modify user security smart service.  Read the documentation carefully on this smart service to ensure proper operation.
