How to run an Update SQL Query againt a table in MySQL DB. Is there any plugin that i can use in SAIL language or Process model please?

if you want to update particular column value in the whole table, better to go with update query directly on DB, to update selected rows from prcoess model provide primary key of those to write to datastore entity smart service in process model

What exactly do you need to update? If you just want to update any column you can do as Swapna Chella suggested. This will require unique identifier of the row which you are trying to update, you can add some simple functionality to achieve this. If you want to delete any row you can use delete rows smart service, this also requires the identifier. And obviously, you can add the rows using add rows to database.
