Not able to request long-term Appian License

Hi All, 
 
 Does anyone getting a similar error message when requesting an Appian Licence? Please share your thought if has an interim solution to get a long-term license.

Hi bhaveshc,
You need to first follow the instruction

Go to <APPIAN_HOME>/data-server/engine/bin/q/<os>/. In a command prompt, run "set QHOME=..&& .\q.exe" Windows and "QHOME=.. ./q" Linux. Copy the text output and paste it in the Q Output field above

please do installation first and then follow the instruction.
