How to stop Appian emails on News Events?

 Scenario: 

How to stop receiving event notification. I have unchecked the "Notify task assignees......" option as shown in below screenshot. But, still keep receiving event notification emails.

A new event has been attributed to you. Users may comment on the event to ask you questions or to provide feedback.

Test User "A new NSA request is submitted"

    Hi,
    Since you have already done the above required. I would also suggest to select "Run as whoever designed the process model" and check.
    Alternatively, alert utilities plugin can help to stop emails on news events --> forum.appian.com/.../summary
