Export from 18.3 to 18.2

Question

Hi All, 
 Please is there a way to export an application from 18.3 and import it into 18.2? I get an error when I try and just wanted to check if there is a way around it.

Exporting an application from a higher environment and importing to a lower environment is not supported. I think there are ways around importing if you modify the XML file, but that is not advised. Here is a similar thread where others have addressed the issues with this.
