Unable to deploy data driver application for Appian Case Management Framework (CMF).

Hello All,

I am unable to deploy supporting application which is used for Appian Case Management Framework (CMF). I could successfully import Appian CMF - 16.3.zip however facing issues to import data driver package CMF Data Driver - 16.3 - 10.13.2016.zip.

Error Message while uploading the package: File CMF Data Driver - 16.3 - 10.13.2016.zip could not be uploaded. Please try uploading it again.

Can anyone help on this issue?

Hi Kaushik,

This is simple error message. Could you please post any errors logged in the log files in the background.?

Hi,
We are not able to see any error message in log files. Basically this app is provided by Appian inside shared components, we need to import the data driver app for the same but we are facing above issue.

If it is from app store. Can you try import in other Appian environment which is not running in the same version that you are trying. If you face errors there also then you may need to open a ticket
