Does Appian have built-in case management capabilities (or) is it more of a process design approach?
How is Appian providing/supporting Case Management features.
I see a couple of Case Management frameworks available in AppMarket which are targeted around specific entities.
Any inputs around it are greatly appreciated!!!

How is Appian providing/supporting Case Management features?
Appian has An application containing the Appian Case Management Framework, complete with pre-built solution for typical use cases and many re-usable components. Its available in the Shared components.
The application was developed following Appian best practices and styling recommendations. It can be used not only as a starting point for a similarly required solution, but also as a learning and training tool. While it contains well developed and even complex app components, it is also meant to exemplify Appian design concepts while accelerating deployments and enablement.
