Can we use MYSQL Workbench to connect to Appian Cloud DB?

Using Appian you will only connect PHP Mysql for cloud instances.

You were not able to access Cloud MySQL database externally and need to create export processes or APIs with the previous Appian versions.

I think with the 18.4 you will achieve it.

Enhanced data pipeline is available to customers that are on Premier Support with HA, which includes, among other things:

• Increased flexibility  to access your data. This service allows customers to use a MySQL-compatible database client (e.g. MySQL Workbench) and analyze data in a more familiar way.
