401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials in Email Task Link

Hi all,

I am currently using windows10 (IE & Chrome), 18.2 with LDAP auth, and it is still supporting some apps in the portal platform.

For a task email that sent out from the portal app, the email link itself ends with /suite/apps/myApp and now here is the problem.

 1. When I click into the link directly, the link opened on the web becomes  /suite/auth?appian_environment=apps which then show the 401 - Unauthorized Error

401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

2. Not until I click the back button on web afterwards, the page got redirected back to  /suite/apps/myApp and I manually log in again, I could view the page successfully.

Do you know how to solve this problem?
