Folders Created using Create Folder Not adding to Application

Question

Hi , 
 I am using the Create Folder Smart Service and able to create folders dynamically but they are not getting added to the application. 
 Which i mean is they are not present in the application package of the Application. 
 is this an expected behavior? 
 Will it lead to any security issues?

Rohan, AFAIK, this is expected behavior. You can set security on the created folders through the smart service, so there shouldn't be any security issues. The only reason why you would need the groups in your application is if they need to be deployed to a higher environment, in which case you could manually add them prior to deployment, or by using the missing precedent checker.
