Has anybody performed a global change to the application XML using grep or such, then uploaded the application package back to the environment? This is requested in order to make a change in many locations of the application easily. We have tried this but we are getting an error on the upload. It looks like the import is doing some hash checking.

This can have many applications from changing names of db tables and having all appian references updated, to modifing any properties of process models. In our situation we want to set all process models to use the system defualt for archive length. We have tried but we get an error. I think they are doing something with a checksum or hash. Possibly the compression I am using is not correct.
