When to use a!, local! do we have documentation

Hi, 
 I am new to SAIL. So far i found ri! is rule input cons! is for constant. Similarly what is a! & local!. 
 Is there any documentation for this.

a! is for an interface component. Eg, a!textField() 
local! is for defining the local variable. Eg, local!employeeDetails

 a! is for an interface component, Eg, a!integerField(),a!textField,a!checkBoxField() 
 local! is used for defining the local variable. Eg, local!employeeDetails
