error occurred while importing the XSD for a new web service call

Hi,

I am trying to call a new wsdl using the Call Web Service smart service.  I can call this wsdl in a SOAP UI tool successfully and pass it parameters.

When I try to call it in Appian and do a "Refresh Services" for the particular operation that I want, I get the following error:

This Operation is unavailable.  The following error occurred during the creation of the message schemas: An error occurred while importing the XSD. No types have been imported.  Details: null(APNX-1-4050-000)

I did see a KB article - KB-1258 that addressed this issue and it said to set the elementFormDefault to "unqualified" in the wsdl.  However, this did not resolve the issue.

Are there any other things I can try so that the cdt can get generated for this web service?
