Excel tools plugin in 18.3 version

Hi,

I was looking to implement record link availability in exported excel from tempo report. I am currently using a!exportdatastoreentitytoexcel which doesnt have the capability to form a record link. 

Will installation of Excel Tools help me achieve this using some other functions. Is Excel Tools plugin available in 18.3 version on Permise?
