Record Link in excel is redirecting to to login page

Hi,

I have record links in excel. On click of the link, expected output is to open the records dashboard.

But it is redirecting me to login page. I am already logged in to the environment. 

What should I do to navigate to the correct record dashboard on click of the link.

    We are facing similar problem. SSO is enabled in our system.
    Excel link opens two tabs for us; one for record dashboard and another redirection SAML link.

    We have opened a support ticket and support team were able to reproduce the issue. They have reported this to product team to investigate.

    I would suggest you to get in touch with support team as well.
